SIDULANG is my Home Village

DRESDEN is my Study Place

I will gladly to describe a little bit to you, why I choose and decide to develop SIDULANG to become the II. DRESDEN as my Program!!!!

The Features of DRESDEN

DRESDEN is situated in East of Germany.

DRESDEN is a “”””Little Village””””, but it has been most developed, most industrialized of the new German States.

DRESDEN has various charming landscapes. Low and high mountain ranger in term ingle with upland plains, terrace village panorama, hilly regions and lake lands, as well as wide, open lowlands.

DRESDEN is one of the main centres of Peace in East Germany.

DRESDEN, that “”””pearl of baroque architecture”””” which was reduced almost to ashes in the inferno of the 1945 bombings, has been made capital of the restored “”””Free State of Saxony””””.

Some important Places in DRESDEN:

The University of Technology DRESDEN, its specify for Technology Innovation with many Subjects, Medicine, Forestry, Geology, Hydrology, Architecture, Education, Information Technology, Economy, Technology of Transportation, Christian Religion, Mathematic, Psychology.

The Hospital of University of Technology DRESDEN – UNI KLINIKUM TU DRESDEN

The Meissen Porcelain factory has been producing its famous merchandise continuously until now. Also world-famous are the wood carvings and pillow lace from the Erzgebirge – Mountains.

Chemnitz, with its Technical University and Research Institutes, focuses on Mechanical Engineering and, of late, Micro-Electronics.

Zwickau is a Car Manufacturing centre; though instead of the legendary Trabant (Trabi) Volkswagen´s “”””POLO, AUDI, GOLF, NISSAN”””” is now produced there.

Leipzig is most important commercial centre and hub of the publishing world, continues to stage its international trade fair, which makes it a gateway to Eastern Europe.

The Elbe Sandstone Mountains – Königstein is a popular holiday region, but not only on account of the ideal climbing conditions it has to offer. Great efforts are being made to expand the tourist trade.

An “”””Erzgebirge- mountains Silver Route”””” is being developed which will lead visitors to 150 places of interest.

Even when Eastern Germany had a centrally planned economy the DRESDEN retained their artistic and business sense. Now their characteristic enterprise is beginning to reassert itself.

As a Little Village, this one is considered to have the best economic prospects.

That’s way I fell so very good in DRESEN, it’s a Little Village but has been developed.

The Features of SIDULANG

SIDULANG is a very similarly Features with DRESDEN.

„“SIDULANG““ is a Little Village at the Land of BATAK TOBA, situated in EAST of Region Laguboti, Province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. The village SIDULANG covers an area about 1.144.000 sq km. The Village SIDULANG has a population of 24 mil.

My Goal, that SIDULANG will be developed to a peacefully central business sense in INDONESIA. SIDULANG will be the II DRESDEN. As a Little Village SIDULANG, this one will be considered to have the best economic prospects in the future.

I am, Prof. Dr. Phil. Habil. Dra. Roslinda Pangaribuan, M.Sc, a Daughter of LORD, grew up at the Little Village SIDULANG, have a responsibility to develop my home village SIDULANG. I have an Investment for it. My Investment is I am a fear of the Lord (see Proverbs 9, 10):

“”The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding””

Therefore:

(1)   I don’t want to do the acts of the sinful nature (see Galatians 5, 19 – 21):

The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like.

(2)   I want to do the Fruit of the Spirit (see Galatians 5, 22-23):

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

(3)   I don’t worry about my life (see Matthew 6, 25-34)

(4)   The LORD says to my Lord: “”Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet”” (see Psalm 110, 1).

To your consideration, I inform to you:

(1)   The Program “”TO DEVELOP SIDULANG BECOME THE II. DRESDEN””, I divide it to the Four Long Term Planning Program. Each Planning Program has a period eleven years. To make finish this Program I need 44 years.

(2)   I will use my Position to realize this Program. As you know, I work (OFFICIAL) at the Ministry of Education and Culture in Jakarta and as Presidentin of YAYASAN SAUR MATUA – St. GR. T. PANGARIBUAN SIDULANG – St. GR. T. PANGARIBUAN SIDULANG - SAUR MATUA FOUNDATION””, I will develop my home village SIDULANG to become the II. DRESDEN.

(3)   As a woman.

(4)   With YAYASAN SAUR MATUA – St. GR. T. PANGARIBUAN SIDULANG – St. GR. T. PANGARIBUAN SIDULANG - SAUR MATUA FOUNDATION””

(5)   I will do this Program as a “”GENDERSENSIBILITY”” in my Home Country, Indonesia and over the world.

MY STRATEGY

As the Strategy I will do:   

(1)   I will present this Program to Indonesian’s Government with system “”Down – UP WAY””: That mean: I present this Program first to the Local  Government level at SIDULANG Region. Finally to the Government in the Central level in Jakarta.

(2)    I will ask the Indonesians government to build an Indonesians consulate in DRESDEN.

(3)   I will invite the Experts from University of Technology Dresden to SIDULANG and they must to work in SIDULANG.   

(4)   I will do RESEARCH – PRODUCTION AND EDUCATION AND TRAINING AS A CIRCLE WAY IN PROCESS

The urgent activities I will do, is to present this Program. I need one month to visit Jakarta – SIDULANG. I will visit 73 important Places in SIDULANG and  around (see page 1). For the Presentation this Program, I need Financial around US $ 44,00 Trillion ( Forty Four Trillion Unite State Dollar). I will do it, as soon as you make a statement that you are ready to invest yours financial to my Program and of course you do transfer of money to my Bank account as an amount said for the Subject “”to the urgent activities”” to develop SIDULANG  TO BECOME THE II.
